Micro Quotation (Bill Calculator) is built by Yunkongjian (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. Over 7 years, about 3 million merchants have used it and it has gone through more than 70 major releases as a billing app for wholesalers.
It combines inventory, reports, quotes and billing in the simplest possible way: easy to learn, low cost, fast to use.
We set out to build the most practical inventory SaaS for wholesale and retail trade — no bloat, just the tools merchants use every day.

Milestones

2018

Frustrated by slow and expensive inventory software, we built our own. The first Micro Quotation mini program quickly spread among electronics and cosmetics wholesalers in Huaqiangbei, reaching 300,000 users.

2019

From 2019 to 2021, users grew past 1 million across 20 releases.

2022

Users passed 1.2 million. Bill Calculator launched alongside Micro Quotation, and the Enterprise edition for up to 500 staff went live.

2023

Users reached 2.6 million, growing by about 100,000 a month. Image-rich quotations launched.

2024

The third generation of the app launched and total users reached 3 million, with the 70th release.

2025

AI photo billing: take a photo of a handwritten bill or product and the bill is filled in automatically.

2026

AI voice billing, AI assistant and AI-designed bill images with store logo and stamp; the app supports multiple phones and tablets signed in at once.
