Free Billing and Receipt Printing with Yilianyun Printers: Micro Quotation Setup Guide
Yilianyun printers work with Micro Quotation for free: create a bill on your phone, tap "Print" and it prints, with your store logo at the top of the receipt if you like. Supports new-order sounds and store logos.
1. Add a Yilianyun printer
- Go to "Mine" → "Printer", choose "Network printer" and tap "Click to add";
- Under "Printer Brands", choose "Yilianyun";
- Enter the "Printer SN code" (Yilianyun's terminal number) and "Printer Key" (the secret key), both on the label on the bottom of the printer; you can also scan them;
- Save, then tap "Print Text" to test. If paper comes out, you're connected.
Connecting and printing are free. Receipts on the free plan end with one line of app info; members can turn it off in the print settings.
2. What you can do with a Yilianyun printer
- Print your store logo: tap "Print logo" in the printer settings to upload it. It's converted to black and white and stored on the printer, then printed at the top of every receipt. No logo? Generate one with AI;
- New-order sound: choose Default, Mute or Sound On;
- Automatic printing when customers place self-service orders;
- Supports multiple printers, each printing by its "Print role".
Print on multiple printers at once: put one at the front desk and one in the warehouse, set the second printer's "Print role" to "Follow print", and one bill prints on both. You can bind 1 network printer by default; contact customer support to add more. See Print on multiple printers at once.

- On the printer settings page, tap "Print logo" and upload an image or generate one with AI. After you save, it syncs to the printer automatically and every receipt has the logo at the top.

- On the label on the bottom of the printer. Enter the terminal number in "Printer SN code" and the secret key in "Printer Key".
