Free Billing and Receipt Printing with Fengdada Cloud Printers: Micro Quotation Setup Guide
Fengdada cloud printers work with Micro Quotation for free: create a bill on your phone, tap "Print" and it prints. You bind it with a verification code, no Key needed. The printer prints the code during binding, so it's secure and easy.
1. Add a Fengdada cloud printer
- Go to "Mine" → "Printer", choose "Network printer" and tap "Click to add";
- Under "Printer Brands", choose "Fengdada";
- Enter the "Printer IMEI" and tap "Send Code";
- The printer prints a slip with a 6-digit code; enter it in the "Verification Code" box;
- Save, then tap "Print Text" to test. If paper comes out, you're connected.
Connecting and printing are free. Receipts on the free plan end with one line of app info; members can turn it off in the print settings.
2. What you can do with a Fengdada cloud printer
- One-tap printing after billing, and automatic printing when customers place self-service orders;
- Binding with a code printed by the printer itself keeps others from binding it by mistake;
- Supports multiple printers, each printing by its "Print role".
Print on multiple printers at once: put one at the front desk and one in the warehouse, set the second printer's "Print role" to "Follow print", and one bill prints on both. You can bind 1 network printer by default; contact customer support to add more. See Print on multiple printers at once.

- Does it cost anything to connect a Fengdada printer to Micro Quotation?
- No. Connecting and printing are free. Receipts on the free plan end with one line of app info, which you can remove with a membership.
- My Fengdada printer didn't print a verification code?
- Make sure the printer is on and online and the IMEI is correct. You can resend the code after 60 seconds.
- Where's the IMEI on a Fengdada printer?
- On the printer body or the label on the bottom.
