Free Billing and Receipt Printing with Jolimark Cloud Printers: Micro Quotation Setup Guide
Jolimark Cloud printers work with Micro Quotation for free: create a bill on your phone, tap "Print" and it prints. Ideal for table-format delivery notes and multi-part forms. Supports 120mm and 240mm dot-matrix paper.
1. Add a Jolimark Cloud printer
- Go to "Mine" → "Printer", choose "Network printer" and tap "Click to add";
- Under "Printer Brands", choose "Jolimark Cloud";
- Enter the "Printer SN code" and "Printer Key", or scan the QR code on the printer;
- Choose the paper width (120mm / 240mm) and paper height (70 / 93 / 140mm or Default height);
- Save, then tap "Print Text" to test. If paper comes out, you're connected.
Connecting and printing are free. Receipts on the free plan end with one line of app info; members can turn it off in the print settings.
2. What you can do with a Jolimark Cloud printer
- Table-format delivery notes: print products, specs, quantities, unit prices and amounts in a table layout;
- Multi-part forms: with multi-part paper, print the stub copy and the customer copy in one go;
- Choose a print template, with Small, Medium and Large font sizes;
- One-tap printing after billing, ideal for wholesale, building materials, hardware and other trades that need formal paperwork.
Print on multiple printers at once: put one at the front desk and one in the warehouse, set the second printer's "Print role" to "Follow print", and one bill prints on both. You can bind 1 network printer by default; contact customer support to add more. See Print on multiple printers at once.
